Structural Design Software in Europe AB (StruSoft) has begun a cooperation with the Faculty of Civil Enginering at the Silesian University of Technology.
The aim of the cooperation is to support the construction engineering education with modern engineering tools. StruSoft provided students and academics of the Faculty of Civil Enginering with 50 free licenses for FEM-Design. These are going to be used in the courses of structural mechanis, design of structures and numerical modeling of buildings.
On the 23rd of November 2011 StruSoft representatives visited the Silesian University of Technology in order to demonstrate features of FEM-Design and discuss further cooperation. The presentation attracted great interest from academics and companies cooperating with the SUT.
StruSoft believes that the cooperation with the universities will allow for further development of FEM-Design, especially in terms of Polish market needs. Therefore, hereby we would like to invite other technical universities in Poland into cooperation.
